Q: How can I see the sites in person?
A: We are a gated community so you would need to call and set up a time to view the sites. \u00a0Please call or text Carly at (615) 337-7732<\/p>

Q: Is there an HOA?
A: There is not an HOA. There is a yearly fee of $564.00 owners pay to contribute for the upkeep of the roads, gate, entryway, storage area, boat ramp, park, mowing common areas, etc…<\/p>

Q: Is there utilities in the community?
A: City water and electric is in the community.\u00a0 All sites have been approved for a septic system.\u00a0 Fiber high speed Wifi has been ran in the community.<\/p>

Q: Can you build a dock?
A: Most of the sites get approved for a dock.\u00a0 You would submit a dock permit with TVA.<\/p>

Q: Are we offering owner financing?
