The waterfront A lot is now fully built out and ready. \u00a0We will be getting pictures of the site soon. The waterfront lot has been built out brand new and is ready for you to turn on the electric and water and start enjoying your very own waterfront paradise. This site has two full hook-ups for two RVs or tiny homes so each has its own city water hydrant, 30 & 50 amp electric and septic hookup. \u00a0There are two chert gravel pads that are each 20 feet wide by 70 feet deep. The pads are separate with grass in the middle, so you can rent the pads to two separate people, or have friends and family come together. There is plenty of room in front of each pad to add a fire pit and seating area near the water for the perfect hangout.\u00a0<\/p>

\u200bThe waterfront A lot is .36 acres. You will have very easy access to get in the water using the pathway we built. This pathway is perfect to be able to easily walk into the water or put in a kayak or stand-up paddle\u00a0board. You can fish right from the bank of this site. This is the perfect site to keep your boat right in front of the site in the calm waters of the cove. You can quickly get out into the main channel of the TN River from this cove. The cove goes on for four miles of private tree-lined calm waters that are perfect for fishing or kayaking. Use the private community boat ramp for easy access. This site has trees and is located in a very quiet and private part of the community with the best view of the cove.<\/p>

The B lot is the additional site you get with the waterfront A lot. This site is included in the price. \u00a0The B lot is .25 acres and is located in a quiet part of the community. This lot is 110 feet wide and would be perfect for a pull-through site for a RV or tiny home or build a house or cabin. \u00a0This is one of the very few sites you can build a permanent house or cabin on, and it is located in the community where homes, cabins, RVs, and tiny homes are all allowed. The electric and water are right in front of this B lot, and it’s already approved for a septic system. There is no time frame to build and you can use any builder. We have contractors we can recommend if needed. Here are some examples of what can be built on this lot. \u00a0Summertown metals is a great company to check out.<\/p>
