This site comes with a B lot that is 1 acre. The B lot is located in a very private and quiet part of the community. The B lot is flat and large enough for multiple RVs or use the B lot as a dog park for your dogs to run around.

Every site has been approved for a septic system and there is city water and electric in front of each site. Fiber high speed WiFi is run in the community and is ready to be installed on your site.
