This lot can be rented out long or short term for rental income.

Every site has been approved for a septic system and there is city water and electric in front of each site. Fiber high speed WiFi is run in the community and is ready to be installed on your site.

You can purchase the site undeveloped or choose to have us develop the site for you with one or two sets of full hookups, including the RV pad(s) and driveway, so you can show up and be ready to relax!

Each owner gets a site in the gated storage to store an RV, boat, motorcycle etc.
