The waterfront A lot is .51 acres and is located right on the main channel of the TN River. This site is located in a very private and quiet part of the community. The site has the most gorgeous view of Double Islands. Double Islands is a sandbar in the river covered in beautiful trees, making it the perfect backdrop to look out on. This site is plenty large enough to fit two of the largest RVs, vehicles, a boat, a golf cart, etc. You can apply to add a dock or add stairs to the sandy beach. Bring your RV or tiny home on this site. You can add an RV cover.
This site comes with a B lot, which is .19 acres and is located directly behind the A lot. The B lot has a large, flat, cleared area that backs up to privacy trees. The B lot is perfect to add another pad for RVs or use the B lot for additional parking or fence it in for your very own dog park.
Both the A and B lots can be rented out long or short term for rental income.
Every site has been approved for a septic system and there is city water and electric in front of each site. Fiber high speed WiFi is run in the community and is ready to be installed on your site.
Each owner gets a site in the gated storage to store an RV, boat, motorcycle etc.
This price includes both the waterfront A lot and the B lot. This price includes the waterfront A lot being fully developed brand new with two full sets of hookups for two RV’s or two tiny homes.
