The waterfront A lot for 220 A is .225 acres. This site has a septic system in place, 30 and 50 amp electric, and a city water tap. There is fiber high-speed WiFi installed on this site. This site sits on a cove with quick and easy access into the main channel of the TN River. This is the perfect site for privacy and easy access into the water to fish, kayak, standup paddle board, or swim right from your site. The view of the water and trees is so peaceful. The large shade trees on this site are so nice to keep you cool in the summer. You can have RVs, tiny homes, and tents on this site. A RV pavilion is allowed. There is plenty of room for multiple RVs. This site has a custom-built picnic table and stone fire pit. You can put a dock on this site and pull your boat right up.
The B lot that comes with this site is 1.00 acres. The B lot has two huge existing RV pads, both with city water taps, a septic system, and 30 and 50 amp electric. Both of the RV sites have a stone fire pit and custom-built picnic tables. This site is surrounded by huge shade trees and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the community. There is plenty of room to add a third pad on this site for an RV, a tiny home, tents, or to build a home or cabin with a permanent structure.
The A and B lots, have a combined total of 3 RV pads and 3 full sets of hookups, with room to add more. Imagine having a cabin or house on the gorgeous, wooded B lot and a short walk to the waterfront A lot, where your boat is waiting!
