The waterfront A lot for 213 A is .355 acres.  This site has two sets of full hookups. There is a septic system in place, 30 and 50 amp electric, and a city water tap. There is fiber high-speed WiFi installed in the community, and it is available. This site sits on a cove with quick and easy access into the main channel of the TN River. This is the perfect site for privacy and easy access into the water to fish, kayak, standup paddle board, or swim right from your site. The view of the water and trees is so peaceful. The large shade trees on this site are so nice to keep you cool in the summer. You can have RVs, tiny homes, and tents on this site. A RV pavilion is allowed.
