This site is .287 acres. The front of this site is right on the main channel of the TN River and the back of the site is on an inlet. The site is located on a peninsula surrounded by water, making it very private and unique. You have easy access to the water to fish, kayak, swim, and standup paddle board from the front or back of the site. There is a sandy beach in front. We added a larger gravel parking area to the back of the site for additional parking. You can apply to install a dock on the front or back of the site and bring your boat right up to it. The pad, driveway, and full hookups are installed and ready with a city water tap, 30 and 50 amp electric, and septic. Fiber high-speed WiFi has been installed and is ready in the community. There is a custom-built covered picnic table and stone fire pit. You can have RVs, tiny homes, and tents. You can also build an RV pavilion.
This site comes with a spot in the storage lot for your RV, boat, or trailer. Refer to the map for the storage location.
