Lot 82

The “A” lot is .42 acres with direct waterfront on the main channel of the TN River. This site has a sandy beach area in front of it. You can apply to add a dock.  This site has two RV pads, the driveway, two full sets of hookups for each RV to have its own city water tap, 30 and 50 amp electric, and septic. There is fiber high-speed WiFi installed and running, and there is a WiFi router box mounted that is heated, cooled, and waterproof. This site can have RVs, tiny homes, and tents, and you can also build an RV pavilion. There is a custom-built covered picnic table, a stone fire pit, and an 8×10 covered area at the water’s edge for shade. This waterfront lot is fully ready to go and has everything you would need.  Rock has been added to the shoreline to prevent erosion.

The B lot is .57 acres. This site is very private, with a massive shade tree. There is a pull-through driveway and two pads in place.  Each pad has a city water tap, 30 and 50 amp electric, sewer connections, and fiber high-speed WiFi that is installed and running. There is a weatherproof box for the WiFi router mounted on the pole to heat, cool, and protect it from the rain. Each site has a covered picnic table that was custom-made and a stone fire pit. These sites can have RVs, tiny homes, tents, and you could build an RV pavilion.  Between the A and B lots, you would have 4 full sets of hookups and 4 pads ready to go, with plenty of room for more or to add some tent camping sites as well.
